$60 for Christmas Gift
My family is donating the $60 we usually spend on an exchange gift this year to a charity of our choice. So, of course, I chose Feed My Starving Children
and I'm almost done with the One Year Chronological Bible - NLT. It's been good, I'm so glad I took on reading the Bible in a year. Next year I'm getting the NLT Parallel Study Bible. I don't think I'll be reading that in a year, but I will be reading many interesting notes.

I've been at 3 different Christmas lunches over the last 2 weeks, so that helped.
I'm so close to being done with the "Year of Living with less" so you'd think I'd be thinking about it, but I've been so busy I haven't remembered to post.

$894.00 TOTAL = 3500 meals x 2 (Tyndale matching) = $1788 = 7003 meals
We just got the email at work that Tyndale will be matching our donations again this year up to $1000. So everything is doubled. That's wonderful wonderful news. I work for a great company!
$1 donated to FeedMyStarvingChildren=4 meals (3.917 to be exact) To get the total number of meals that will go to Feed My Starving Children take the dollar amount times 3.917. $100 equals 391 meals.

We had our Production Group Christmas Party during lunch today. The design Christmas party is next Monday, then the Company party is after that. I love this time of year :)
